- 1 capsicum

- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp white pepper powder
- Chili flakes
- Oregano
Steps to make to make Chinese lasagna
- Melt the butter n add onion in it, let it fry for few seconds than add garlic n saute..when it turn golden brown add in tomato puree n cook till oil separates..
- If needed blend the mixture for smooth texture.. Now add in all above-mentioned spices n cook well..also add greens of onion.. n turn off the flame
- Now melt the butter n add chopped cabbage n saute. Than add green capsicum n saute for few seconds.. Now add blanched carrots n boiled potatoes.. n mix well Now add salt,black pepper, white pepper, soya sauce,chili sauce n mix well..
- Now take an oven proof dish Spread the red sauce 1st than add boiled lasagna sheets than spread sauce on it,veggies filling n cheese.. Repeat the same as many layer you want..cover the top layer with cheese..
- Bake it in preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.. sprinkle some chili flakes,oregano etc..
