- 2 tomato puree
- 1 onion, sliced
- 200 g paneer
- 7-8 garlic
- 1 piece garlic
- 1 green chilli
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp whole coriander
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 piece cinnamon stick
- 1 tsp kasuri methi
- 2 tsp coriander powder
- 2 tsp red chilli powder
- to taste Salt
- 2 tbsp curd
- 2 tbsp amul cream
Instructions to make to make Paneer Korma
- Gather all the ingredients.
- Heat oil in a pan for deep dying onion.
- Once the onion is fried cool completely and add in mixie grinder also add garlic, fennel seeds, ajwain, whole coriander, cumin seeds, ginger, green chilli and blends to smooth paste.
- Heat ghee in a kadhai add bay leaf, cinnamon stick, coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and fry the masala. Immediately ads tomato puree and cook on medium-low flame.
- Now add onion paste and salt. Cook on medium-low flame for 3-4 minutes.
- Once tomato leaves oil add whisked curd, amul cream, kasuri methi, 2 tbsp grated paneer and mix well.
- Add paneer cubes and mix well.
- Now add water as required to make gravy and cook for some more time.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with roti.
