- Wash and cook dal in pressure cooker with little salt, turmericl for one whistle
- Let it cool open now add cut vegetables except lady finger and brinjal also add chillies and ginger
- To this add red chilli powder,coriander powder salt close cook for 1 whistle
- Let cool open add lady finger and brinjal and cook do not put the lid
- Take a pan pour very little oil pfirst put the piece of hing roast it then add cumin, 2 dal,
- Garlic,shallots, some curry leaves mustard seeds roast
- Turns dark brown remove from fire let cool
- Grind in mixie with little water
- Add this paste and tamarind paste into the cooker let it boil
- Off the flame now temper with mustard seed,curry leaves,dry red chilli
