- 1/2 Tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 Tsp Black peppercorns crushed

- 1-2 Tbsps Chilli oil
- as per taste Salt
- as per required Egg white from one whole egg
- 2-3 Tbsps Cornflour
- 1-2 tbsp water
- As required Veg oil to deep fry
- Few Whole dry Red Chillies
- 1/2 cup Peanuts
- To Sprinkle
- As required Mix of Salt and Schezwan pepper
